Love the harmonies and time tempo changes, great production, love the bass and the guitar parts, has a very glam rock feel about it, like a track from the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
This is very bouncy and has you whistling along to it long after you heard it, which is the surefire sign of a hit. Then the part with the accordion sound in the middle really is unexpected and some great unexpected chord changes.
Very interesting, different, love the dark part with the anguished vocals and grungier chord part especially. And the ending is awesome too, click ...off..gone !

60's pop retro feel. quite bouncy. I could see the Partridge Family jamming this. The accordion ROCKS!!! Excellent vocal work.

Leeds stole my line! Damnit! I certainly relate to the song, I think at a party I once picked up a copy of some H.S. Thompson book and actually started reading. Yeah, this has a nice showtune quality to it.......in a John Waters sort of way.

OW YEAH! This is just stunning!
Love the 60's 70's vibe & all the changes are seriously sweet!
Got to agree with Tim the accordion sounds really great! As does the part where Israfel sounds like she singing through a loud speaker! (That really works to perfection!)
This is a really great show peice & would make a stunning live performace or better still a great studio video - the inspiration could really lead you on!
Well Done All!

I concur with Tim...... mostly... Kewl little tune.... There is some distortion in a couple of Mary's vocal parts that gets a little aggravating after awhile. That effect might be too repetitive.
Mary’s vocals always remind me of a blend of Grace Slick & Kate Bush……. Very Kewl……..
Kewl Tune…..

Very bouncy, quirky and offbeat...and I love it! Definitely has that Evansorchid uniqueness. I like the handling of the vocals and the lyrics are great. Another one for my playlist!

Fun blend of pop, rock and psychedelia. That sounds like it could be a messy affair, but you guys succeeded in doing it and keeping it vibrant. I hear what Gene means about that touch of distortion creeping in, but that is something that you can clean up later. The more important thing is the fundamental energy that you guys get across. I am not sure what I think about the ending. It certainly caught me by surprise and after a few go arounds it has started to grow on me. The lyrics make for enjoyable reading.

No. 426 I liked this on Israfel's page, and I still like it here. It still makes me smile, with reservations.... Very well done.

Sounds like a cover of a 60's bubblegum pop tune mixed with some heavier psych piece, well yea a nice retro feel to this piece, and that you folks accually managed to mix all these elements is pretty awsome
Nice tune, a real sing along piece

Ooh! Nice tune, I like the echo on the vocals, and the vocals in general! I like the effect they're going through too! The drums are great, and the guitar, and the bass, and everything else! Nice ending too! And change-ups, I really liked the change-ups!

Have to agree with the 70s glam rock references, but also maybe mixed with a later 70’s punk rock sensibility too. Great melody and great hooks provided by the vox. A slightly unusual mix which maybe adds to the retroness and makes the track stand out. Definitely 2 collaborators on the right wave length. Wonderful track.

Sorry it took so long to hear this. (Been without Internet for a couple weeks at home and the PC at work has no audio.)
Very hot mix! Definately has the glam/punk inflections. (And love it because of so!)

This is the best version of this that I have heard...well until the next version #427. Seriously excellent vocals and use of FX in this. Fantastic Retro feel and well worth visiting again.

Nice!
There are a lot of different parts in here and it all transitions very smoothly. I'm really digging some of these chord progressions. They are unpredictable while not being too "art fuck" and they still retain their catchiness. Vocals sound good and fit splendidly with the music. I especially like the little ascending "Wallflower" bit in the vocals. I'm hearing a little Bowie influence maybe?
Great stuff. Sorry it took me so long to get here.

T-Rex meets early Bowie meets Velvet Undergound. Of course all these comparisons really don't mean much when Evansorchid is at the helm!!
This is the happiest 60's basement-grunge sound I've ever heard. Great chorus vocals and melodies with that edge of your seat discord mixed in. Love the guitars bro. Mary's vocals are perfect on this too.

no 426...I hope thats not the number of versions . This has the classic evansorchid retro rock sound going here. Issy, you really bring a nice touch here. I particularly like the vocal fx. It adds to the 60s psychedelic rock feel.
