Oh man, this is excellent. The lyrics are really great...they just speak that whole feeling so well. The vocals are so good. Emotional but not overstated, clear, and have depth. The music is the perfect compliment to them. I like how the vocals are the center point to the mix. NIce song, lots of emotion, well played, well sung, well written. A keeper! Very, very nice collab here! I really like this alot!

You continue to amaze me with your versatility and variety of tones. Female vocals work really well over the background. Great pitch and intonation on the vocals, well done.
Once again, nice blend of spacey chimey clean arpeggiated sounds and crunchy ball-kicking overdriven tones. Like the shimmering effect. Nice chord progressions. And nice solo at the end, not too flashy and showy (my worst trait!)... This song could quite easily be playing on commercial radio and look totally in place... :clapping:

wow, this is a great song...
the vocals really bring this to the forefront and put the quality of this song right up there with any other track that has commercial viability.
nice guitar and drum work as well..!

Hellzah!
Wow, this song has a lot of gooseflesh moments for me...the transitions are tight, esp. going into the Bridge/coda. Love that chimey lead part very much.
Nice touch on the verses, leaving that space for the vox. Great vocals esp. on "No, Until tonight" and "should you enter alone"
Amzing song.

Great lyrics, Evan, about the isolation we build ourselves, simply by our inability to show how we really feel sometimes. Love the singing, too, she has a very emotional voice. Your music is just the perfect setting for such a beautiful work. Great job on this one.

Kewl..... Excellent vocals, very kewl tune. All musical elements work well. Produced and mixed well. However it's a little on the dark side. I think this is because the master output level is soft. I had to bring up my mixer to get jumping. Maybe push the master volume +6 or hotter. I maxed out Winamp at +12db, and it was still good.
So I would master another version hotter. That will kick the volume up and get the speakers moving some air. Push it as close to 0db as you can get it, without clipping or compressing. Try that first then if it’s still a little dark, boost 5k and up +3db or more.
Kewl Tune – Well Done

There you go……. Much Better........ I would still pull up the music a couple db. Her voice is so powerful it will have no problem cutting through. The drums are pretty good but the gtr's and bass could stand a good push. I would boost all instruments, then roll back the drums if necessary. I would just rock the shit out of this.
Dude, This is your hit..... Copyright it, and start pitching it to whoever will listen.

Intro swirls nicely and sets the mood for what is going to come. The vocals are nicely produced. I love it when they break in the first time. That makes a nice impression. They have a clarity and presence that is pleasing and enchanting. There is a rhythm guitar that feels too far back to me but that is a matter of taste . The rest of the guitars bubble and simmer nicely. They throw out some good hooks.
Great stuff

Not only is this a great, well made song...
The title of the song is perfect. Usually I have to re-read the title a number of times before it will stick. But this title, with the Easter Island photo stuck in my head like a great chorus hook.
